Ewan McGregor with Jack Russell... God knows, this brings out my soppy side...
While I might be a teeny bit biased (this film has a Jack Russell and Ewan McGregor... partial to both), Beginners is really rather lovely. I'm not the smushy sort, but this was genuinely sweet and moving in an understated manner. And Melanie Laurent is gorgeous too in that devastatingly effortless French way. Sigh.
